By accessing or using FleetLux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. FleetLux is operated by Elevate Code Digital.
FleetLux is a white-label fleet management SaaS platform that enables transportation operators to manage bookings, drivers, vehicles, and customer loyalty programs. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
FleetLux offers three subscription plans billed monthly. All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Annual billing options may be available with a discount. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your trial period begins on the date you create your account. At the end of the trial period, your selected plan will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
FleetLux does not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for billing errors.
You agree to use FleetLux only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
We take the privacy of your data seriously. Customer data stored in your FleetLux account is isolated from other tenants via row-level security. We do not sell your data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
The FleetLux platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Elevate Code Digital. Your data and your brand assets remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FleetLux and Elevate Code Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in your dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
